The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, and General Management (or a related field) with 3 to 5 years in a related industry. An MBA is preferred.

Responsibilities for this positions include:
- Understand, practice and transfer company mission and values to other employees.
- Create, update, maintain and implement Operations Business Plan
- Oversee and work closely with Administrative, Production, Purchasing, and Sales managers This individual must have strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasive and interpersonal skills and strong leadership skills. This candidate should have solid sales contacts in the local market. This position has commissions and a strong bonus plan. There is no relocation provided with this position.
